RULES FOR ALL CHANNEL USERS
The same rules apply to all, and the chanel operators set the standard to which all guests are expected to adhere. While it is several years since this was spelled out, we make the point once again for clarification.
This has become quite a negative page. We are sorry about that. A small number of people spoil it for the rest of us.
Unfortunately, there are people who try to find their way around rules. We originally had very few rules at all, we just expected people to have common sense and good manners - including some Christians. Now we have had to create a whole section of rules on our website.
Any person in channel who actually targets another channel guest, or another internet user, with "nuking" (or similar), or organises somebody else to do so on their behalf, will be banned from channel on detection - even in their absence - and reported to the network authorities for further action.
It is illegal in most countries to enter into such activities. This Policy Section can be best divided into several web pages... please check out those itemised below showing each channel policy...
It has been done in this way to make it quicker for you to access the piece you are looking for...
We recognise that accidental infringement can happen from time to time; the #Christian management accepts this, and depending on the circumstance, a warning or a kick may be imposed.
Deliberate, flagrant, and ongoing violations will result in bans if you are caught, or may prevent your rejoining after examination of logs.
Long-term bans are imposed for serious breaches, and evading a ban - for example by using a different dial-in connection and/or changing your "userid" - the portion of your login that appears before the "@" - may result in the doubling of the current ban duration.
Please click on the link below, to take you to each of the following sections...
If you feel you are a victim who has been unfairly penalised, you may make a complaint for the situation to be reviewed. Look at the "contact us" menu item in the main section of the website.
